Protecting Your Vision Pro πŸ”¨: A Look at Travel Case Beyond the Official Apple One

The Apple Vision Pro is a cutting-edge headset, but keeping it safe on your adventures requires a good travel case. While there's an official Apple option, a lot of third-party manufacturers have started to offer other possibilities. These options offer useful features, and good protection and are lighter on your wallet. Let's explore some travel case for your Vision Pro.

Built Like a Fortress

Some cases are just big and bulky, and they don’t even prioritize protection over size. The two cases we looked at offer a nice tough outer shell. With fabric that is durable and tear-resistant. Inside, a softer lining cradles your Vision Pro, like a knight laying on a cloud. To keep your accessories from jostling around both these cases have a special insert that is meant to keep everything organized.

However, these fortresses of protection can still be a bit on the bulky side. As we can see the lighter gray model is about 10% larger than the dark gray case. Also because of the sizes they may not be ideal if you need to save room in your bag or if you plan on packing everything in one small bag.

Sleek and Secure

A more stylish and sleek approach was found with the dark gray case. A firm outer fabric is the base and it is combined with an inside that happens to be meticulously padded, with a precise fit for your Vision Pro. It also features a built-in compartment for your battery pack and cables, keeping everything organized and ready to go. The built-in mesh pocket is perfect for the extra accessories or even an AirTag, a handy idea for those who worry about misplacing this case. Additionally, both cases offer a hand strap to make carrying your Vision Pro a breeze.

Finding Your Perfect Fit

There are many travel cases available, so it's important to consider your needs. If you plan on using the case as a standalone travel bag then protection should be your priority, but if you plan on adding the Vision Pro case into a larger suitcase or travel bag then a smaller more robust case might be the way to go.

Many of the travel cases we looked at are branded differently but seem to be made by the same manufacturer. They all have different pricing as well, so it is best to do some comparison on prices before buying one. As for the light gray one, it was branded as SARLAR and the dark gray one was found branded as ZOOS/Grathia/Farlyce /Abffly.

Remember, explore your options! There's a travel case out there that perfectly balances protection, organization, and portability to keep your Vision Pro safe and sound on your next adventure.
