A bit About Me

With his finger on the pulse of technology and consumer electronics, Jon Cohen has been breaking, fixing and enjoying technology since childhood. His father often recounts the story of how Jon loved to unplug and replug RCA cables from the back of the TV as a toddler. These days Jon contributes as a tech journalist and correspondent to SiriusXM and Rogers Media, and as a photographer. Jon uses his years of knowledge working in consumer electronics to write and inspire his “What the Tech?” column.

I have been looking for a great set of headphones that are priced under a $100.00 and boom, I came across these awesome and affordable Active Noise Canceling (ANC) headphones from 1MORE. They are the ComfoBuds Pro and they easily exceeded my expectations. Regardless of picking the black or white color options the ComfoBuds Pro are easy to use and gave me hours and hours of enjoyment. The active noise cancelling (ANC) with 3 settings gave me more options than the AirPods Pro. I used the "strong" setting while near a construction site, the "medium" setting while in a crowded market and the "wind" setting while at the beach. In each of these environments I was blown away that these headphones could produce such a high quality of noise reduction at the sub-$100.00 price range.
